Workshops for Women

Workshops for Couples
Learning the language of touch is an incredible area to explore and so simple to learn. Communication skills – verbal and non-verbal – will help both of you express what’s in your hearts and reduce your fears around words. Pleasure techniques including breathwork, touch, sound, and all of our senses to open up a new world to you! This one is especially fun just before a vacation!
One on One Sessions
There are integral parts of a session that are never bypassed and those surround confidentiality, safety, and healthy boundary setting. What your session looks like depends on your needs and desires. I have a loose outline and extensive tools to rely on to help you reach your intentions.
Some of these intentions can look like this:

Cacao Ceremonies
Done in ritual, ceremonial grade cacao can knock on the door of our hearts and help us connect with the love inside of us and those around us. Setting intentions, sharing gratitudes, meditation, conscious writing, and conscious dance come together in this gathering and we shine. Cacao allows us to feel not only calm and centered, but also provides us with clarity. Utilizing conscious writing and cacao, clarity can be found in our relationships, our careers, and our personal growth, and can even shed light on our life’s purpose.
Pujas
If a picture paints a thousand words, imagine what a hug can do, or a gaze into another person’s eyes. Pujas are a way to see another person and ourselves in a pure form, that of love. One of my favorite events to facilitate, this one always leaves me walking away filled with warmth and satisfaction. An effective introduction into some of the basics of Tantra, a Puja provides glimpses into finding presence, practicing breathwork, and empowerment.
The greatest gift we can give is love and acceptance to ourselves and others … a puja provides this beauty.
Public Speaking
We think Neo-Tantra is only for the bedroom. Surprise! It’s not. Have you ever given someone a message with your eyes and they knew exactly what you were saying? You used your energy and conveyed that message. The privilege has been mine to speak in front of large groups on a variety of topics. I enjoy team building exercises that help you connect with others. Do you want something fun and explorative for your office? Do you have a group of friends that you want to share a delightful evening of connection with? Depending on your group and just how far they want to explore intimacy…I’m here for you!
